La vie en Gris (Life in Grey) 1988

In 1988 I did my first Cartoon Animation. It was filmed on 16 mm at the event "Animathon International", produced by the Oscar Nominee André Leduc, Florence Bolté and The National Film Board of Canada.
At the Animathon International we had to design and film an entire short movie in just 9 hours. I presented a team of 4 persons to do my film. The producers told me it was too few people to do it, but in the history of Animathon, a pair had done it before.
Wrong thing to tell me... I decided to do mine alone. If two people can do it, I can do it alone! And I did. And even helped others in the end with my spare time.
I received a special honor and world recognition because of that. And the movie was shown on the National Television.
The movie is here after being lost for more than 20 years. I photographed more than 500 drawings again and added the original score, unfortunately not exactly the same version and so I had to make some "copy paste" but in the end the spirit is kept from that faraway 1988.
